I wanted to write you a letter and thank you so much for giving me back my life. I mean that sincerely. When I came into your clinic in the middle of June, I had been diagnosed with bilateral frozen shoulders. I have had them for two years and was in extreme pain. I was also very unsteady on my feet, due to the fact that I had both arms that were "stuck" to my sides. I fell on my left hip last December and then fell again on my right side in March. I was told I had severe chest contusion and cracked ribs... on top of everything else. I could only put my hands behind my rear end a little. I could not lift them up over my shoulder height.

Prior to coming to Lisa for treatments, I had 5 cortisone shots in my shoulders. I also had manual manipulation under a general anesthetic by an orthopedic surgeon. That was true human torture. My shoulders totally refroze within days. I also was seeing a massage therapist, chiropractor (who also did some sort of "acupuncture"), spinal network therapy, physiotherapy too. Nothing had worked and I was very discouraged about my future. I am a 53 years old woman. By the time I found Lisa I was at the end of my rope mentally and physically. She explained how acupuncture works –real acupuncture. I knew that this was the road I was to travel on next. I had many acupuncture needles on my back, on both arms sometimes twice a week or three times a week in the beginning. I also had cupping, I didn't know what that was, but I trusted Lisa. It pulled all the dominant tissue away from my bones and allowed my new blood to come into my shoulders. It was not an easy road to take.... but in the process I lost 15 pounds of inflammation that I had been holding on to for 2 years.

At this very moment, I am just finishing up a project at home of scraping, sanding and painting all the interior windows in our house! Before Lisa came into my life, I was afraid to even go for a walk. I thought I would be in a wheelchair by the fall. I am painting, swimming, planning to golf and live my life again. I am so happy and confident that I have my health back to stay! If I ever have a problem with my health, Lisa is the first person I will see. I trust her extensive knowledge and abilities to treat most problems.

If you are in pain and not sure what to do. . ..I can assure you that finding and having Lisa as my acupuncturist has changed and given me back my active life.
